ISO: Small cabin or chalet with outdoor hot tub.

I looking for a small cabin or chalet with an outdoor private hot tub in the lower MI.
Maybe close to ski resort, or not, just a place for the wife and I to relax for a couple days.
Our daughter has recently left for the Air Force and we are now empty nesters.
Prefer a private tub not shared with a multi unit.

Any ideas or referrals appreciated...
