I guess meester bleezard is going to make an appearance. Or a few bayfield bombers. Either way is fine with me. We are going to be up there Feb 3-7. BRING IT!!!!!

Hoping for All Snow
It would appear that things are coming together though the uncertainty of the rain/snow line is a tad sketchy. Hopefully the rain portion if it does start that way will change over quickly. I think I am going to keep playing Heikki's song, maybe it will piis off Meester Bleezard enough to do it right this time.-Mezz

What the Hay? Ehh!?
What we had this week-end was outright depressing. A lot of precip, all rain! Something has got to give here. I put Heikki back in his friggin box & started bashing Meester Bleezard for the let down again. I am appealing to Unlce LES & Aunt Arctic to turn this mess around. We did sustain some snow loss, & our Rink is hanging on by a thread. My barometer this morning has dropped below 29mb, presently at 28.84 & falling, something has to be stewing, we need it, & we need it in the form of lots-o-pow, "Heere Bleezard Bleezard!"-Mezz

We are beginning to see some signs from 2 members of the Bleezard family by way of colder air & Lake Snows. We picked up a "few" inches yesterday & another "few" overnight last night. The NWS has upped the anty from a "Lake Effect Snow Advisory" to a "Lake Effect Snow Warning". This is encouraging, but, I am not going to get overly excited because we have been let down since the early part of Jan. After the past 2 weeks of above normal temps along with some rains of which we had again this past week-end, which I know was probably spotty through out the Keweenaw, our snow conditions are not what they should be. I am hoping we can gain some ground back in the next couple of day's with the LES. For those coming for the Ride-In, be careful out there, icey spots on the trail, off trail hazards, & Stay OFF of the Lakes. Think Snow, Heere Bleezard Bleezard, let it go!.-Mezz
