Jackson and Clark Counties, WI Trails

Does anyone know if the Clark and Jackson County trails in WI open Friday PM or Saturday or Sunday May 15th? I have been told Saturday the 14th. But have seen some chatter on 5 Pm Friday. Also Favorite Bar and Grills to stop at on the trail? Thanks.

The Clark County trails are open. They opened 1 week early this year (Last Sunday). I'm no sure about Jackson County.
