My 2011 Summit came from UT. I want to re jet the carbs for the U.P. Does anyone know the correct set up for the midwest elevation. Any comments about clutch settings would also be helpful. Thanaks

No Jetting required. The DPM takes care of that. YOu will need to re-clutch and add weight back for midwest riding, if the sled was used in high alt. Go over to dootalk.com and do a search on clutching set up for midwest riding. You'll find plenty of useful info over there. Good luck.

Doospunk is correct. The Ski-Doo Summits, even the 600 carb models, have DPM and no jetting changes are required for riding in different altitudes or temps.

I didn't think the 600 carb motor had DPM. I know the 800's do but not sure about the 600s

I think you are right about the 600 carb not automatically adjusting the carbs for elevation. I was mistaken, I was thinking about the 600 e-tec. Here is a link to a high elevation clutch and jetting recommendation chart for the 2011 Sk-Doos. The Summit 600 carb is on page 20. I hope this helps.

I kind of thought the 600 carb did not have DPM. I know what it looks like, as I had it in my 800 and remembered all the hoses. Thanks for the link to the chart.
