If you already have them in digital format, then all you need to do is start a new post and just above the place where you type in the message, you will see a bunch of icons. The one that sort of looks like a picture in a frame is the one you use. If you mouse over that icon, a pop up should appear that says "Insert Image". Once you do that, you just need to choose to load from your computer, browse to where the images are stored and choose them. You can only insert 4 images per message, but you can have as many messages in a thread as you want. I would say the more the merrier if they are from back in 78-79 with the big snows up here. Can never have too many of them!
If you need to convert them to a digital format, you will have to find a scanner somewhere. I think places like Walmart have machines that you can scan a photo with and save it to digital format.
