Joyner Trooper- heard of it?

I have a chance to buy one of these. They are made in China and look quite rugged. They look like a small dune buggy with a tilt bed in the rear. It is about 5' wide. 1100 cc motor and 5 speed manual trans.Top speed reportedly is 65 mph.Would this be allowed on MI trails as a UTV? the width limit on the up trails is 50 in.(atleast on some trails) so you would be to wide. proly never be an issue, but you never know.

There is a bill being passed around in WI to revise the width requirement to "bring state regulations in step with technology" Don't know if I agree with the reasoning for the change, but would definitely support it.
