I found a great deal from them on a noncurrent Poo jacket online. They were good to deal with. Quick service, no complaints.

I was going to check them on price for a new Arctic Cat they seem to have the lowest price. I just want to sit on a new one this weekend before I make a decision on what I want to buy.

I'll be picking up a KLR 650 from them on Friday. Not a sled but I'll let you know how I am treated as a customer this weekend.

They do a good deal of business on the internet. I've bought a few things from them (helmet and parts) and have had very good service. Shipping is fast and you can actually get a person to talk with if you call., I haven't bought a sled there but talked to a couple of people that had bought sleds and had service done there and none had any complaints.

I've bought several things from Ken's over the last few years. 3 jackets, bibs, gloves, a track, a helmet. A couple things I bought at the Novi snow show. They said if I had any trouble to just let them know.

The helmet I bought didn't work out. I did have to ship it back and pay for that (understandable) but they refunded it with no trouble.

They have the best prices that I've found on most stuff. The only reason I haven't shopped there for machines is because they're so far away from me.

Overall I give Ken's 2 thumbs up.

I bought my trailer from Ken's a few years ago. When I was still riding Polaris, I bought a machine from them too. Always thought the service was good, plenty of advice and an adequate selection. I'd say the same for Winnebagoland just down the road in Oshkosh, both are quality stores with good people. Two thumbs up.

Overall when it comes to buying sleds I always suggest to buy where you ride or at least choose the dealer that will be there when you need service work done on a moments notice. The dealers that go the extra mile with service are worth their weight in gold.

I have bought 10 new machines from them and never once had a problem. They always gave me a really good price. I liked the service when any of them had to be taken in for warranty. They also seem to always have great deals on there accessories and apparrel. I would recommend them. Just my opinion

I love their deals on clothing, their parts department is nice to work with. I just can't imagine taking anything there for service or anywhere else at $90 an hour.

That seems like a touch high. I know the dealer where I just bought my poo rzr isn't worth a darn for service. I'm not sure how much they charge, but I'm going to try my hardest not to take it there for service. They can dish out a great price on a machine though.

It's all about the cash money now. Any dealer can do the warranty work! They make money even if the machine isn't purchased from them. Local dealers can't cut it for me.

The dealer I work with in Three Lakes is $80 an hour. I don't think you'll find much less than that for someone qualified.
