Keweenaw Trail 133 Update Anybody?

Does anyone have any updates on the re-opening or re-route of trail 133 (Lac la Belle -to- Gay)? Thought I heard John chime in last week with indications that it would possibly be re-opened or re-routed by late last week?

If it is back up and running, anyone have any trail condition/grooming reports?

As of 1/15/19 it was still blocked off and had not seen a groomer. Based on eyeballing 133 from 132 she was about half as wide as the trail would be during normal grooming operations.

We are still working on the final easement paperwork. So not open yet, but will be. Hopefully soon.
