Klim Boot and Helmet Size Questions

I am likely going to order one or the other soon. The closet place to my house that carrys Klim is probably 1.5 hours away so trying it on is tough.

There are some attractive prices from a couple of places on leftover '09 helmets. They only have up to large. I have 2 different HJC helmets in Large and like the fit. According to the Klim sizing chart I probably fit in large but I have seen many on some internet searches say they needed one size larger. Anyone else have some experience between HJC and Klim in sizing?

Second boots. I was thinking about ditching my old Sorel's and going for the new Adrenaline boots. My Sorel's are 12 and big. In a dress shoe I normally wear 11.5 and sometimes even 11. In a running show usually 13 (but probably really need a 12.5 if they made them) and part of that was a 12 would bother my toes from the abuse of running even though that otherwise fit. I tried some Klim's on at a Yamaha dealer over Xmas that seemed pretty big at 13 with normal socks on, but unfortunately they didn't have a 12 to try. Any advice there as far as what Klim size you wear compared to other stuff?

Too bad somewhere close didn't have Klim.

Agree Cuz. I wear an 11 and my boots are a 12 and fit perfect.

Thats partly why I am worried about it because their stuff seems to run small. I did think the 13's I tried on were pretty big, i'm just afraid that going down to 12 may be too small.

13 shoe and 14 klim boot. If the 13's were close I personally would not go to a lower questionable size. You seem pretty particular(which is not a bad thing) so if you are unsure and spending over 150 dollars, have the Yamaha dealer order them in and try one on...I assume he would do this if you are for sure buying one.

On the other hand, talk to Matt at lakeeffectsupply.com He is Blutooth on this site. His website might not be updated, but if you get ahold of him he will more than likely work with you on this and order both sizes for ya.(this is just my .02) I bought my boots from him and he was the same or better in price than other places I checked.
