Did you see what this idiot did in the truck race Friday nite. Actions like that get people killed. Nascar did right by parking him for the weekend, but I sure hope his penalty is alot stiffer than sitting one weekend out. A monetary fine won't mean much to a rich punk like that, it has to be something like parking him for the first couple races or so next year. Nascar has to do right this time, He could have seriously hurt Ron Hornaday. That impact to the wall was very similar to what killed Earnhardt, only this time it wasn't an accident.

Why worry about the punk, how about the points and the race! At least its interesting this year, could be great racing the last two weeks and Phoenix is resurfaced...no on knows whats going to happen...

while I agree that his actions were uncalled for and stupid, he's a great driver, reminds me of #3 in his early days. Earnhardt calmed down as the years went on but in the 80's, Dale Sr. would have done the same thing. I get that people are upset but when ron hit the wall it was nothing like when Sr. did. They were under caution and not under full power.

I think NASCAR was right to boot him for the weekend and I hope they leave it at that. MARS corp will make the final decision about how long he stays in the sport. If they pull the sponsorship, JGR will fire him and he'll but running in 2nd rate equipment next year.

I'd like to see him buy his own team and run an FR9 motor, It'd be all over if he had that equipment.

It is all about review but pulling him from all three series this weekend and the fine will not cause him to change. Pulling him from all three series for the last couple of races might make him rethink things as the sponsor would be taking a major revenue hit.

$50 Grand and probation for basically 2 races. Seems like a slap on the wrist to me. $50 grand doesn't mean much, a longer suspension would. Can only hope that M&Ms pulls the plug on him, and Gibbs tells him that he is done babysitting.

“If NASCAR doesn't do it, I'm going to buy Tommy Baldwin's [Cup] ride and that guy will never finish another race,” Hornaday said Friday night. “That's a promise. So we'll see what NASCAR does. If they don't handle it right, I'll be at his house Monday morning." I think this about sums up the issue with kyle busch. and this hasnt settled with harvick well either due to pass incounters with busch and owning the truck of hornaday. kyle is just a sore loser and half of the nascar community doesnt care for him anyways. i hope he parked for the rest of season and should be on probation all next season.

Hornady should take him behind the shed and give a couple of "what fors" to the chin. He is a punk!

First he had to replace an engine so he had to go to the end of the line and then the new engine blew up with not too many laps to go. Karma is a wonderful thing!
