Is it to early to ask on anything developing have not heard if we are still actually in elnino pattern or not from last winter

The El Nino is over and things are headed in the direction of La Nina. It is always a tricky thing to forecast, but the ideas do call for a La Nina to develop this autumn and continue through the winter and I see no reason to argue with that idea at this point.
