Lake Gogebic Area

Gogebic Area Grooming has suspended their Grooming Operations until Mother Nature gets on board and is reporting trails to be in poor condition. High winds caused some havoc and groomers have been out removing branches and trees. Received 1-2" yesterday and there is snow in the forecast, but need a good blast to pull it all back together. Will post an update early next week. Be positive – think snow - and do the Heikki Lunta!

I hear JW's BBQ and Brew has closed in Bergland. Best place to eat up there. Has anyone started a new restaurant there?

So the place sold & is supposed to reopen on 12/27/21 under the name Trailside BBQ & Brew. Maybe check them out on FB.

That is correct, the BBQ place re-opens the 27th as Trailside BBQ & Brew!
