lake linden wash our

Hi John can you tell me what the repair plan is for the lake linden rail bed wash out? I have seen grade stakes on the sides for a few months.

The Keweenaw ATV worked hard and was able to get a grant to have it fixed, as it is a 50K + fix. Work is suppose to start any day now and will take a few weeks to finish. It will be done by the start of snowmobile season.

Go to the search box in the upper right of the screen, type in Trail Washout, it will bring up a post I made in the ATV Chat section this spring "Keweenaw Trail 3 Washout". I posted a few pictures of the washout though pictures don't really do it justice, but, you get the idea especially if you're familiar with built up railroad grades. John added a few "before" pictures with his buddies Burt & Bailey's at the bottom a few years back.-Mezz
