Langlade County Conditions for 2/8/23?

Any honest reports out there on how the trails/base is holding up in Langlade County? Have ~36 hours to cancel my reservation for this weekend!

i would also like info on this area. Will be riding out of Carter Casino friday ,north and probably a little east. Saturday going to pickerel to the jump in. need to decide if worth taking sleds to trail ride or not.

Saw a post on book face from a guy who rode Lakewood area all day today and that it was fantastic. Little away from the described area, but only info I can provide. I planned to backpack from antigo up to eagle river and spend the night this weekend, and ride back Sunday. Might just be trailering all the way to ER now… shall see

it was mint last weekend. Arrived Wednesday night came home Sunday night. based out of Pickerel and rode Langlade, Florence and Marinette.
I'm not good with trail numbers,,, but Everything was excellent. Put a little over 800 miles on in 3.5 days.
Even with the couple days of warm this week you should definitely be fine this weekend. If I could go again I'd be already packed.

Rode Lilly, Pickerel, Forest and Northern Oconto all last weekend and week days and weekends prior. Have a house and base out of Townsend. Good conditions last weekend, and a few warm days may break down some snow, but still worth going and riding if you are realistic. More snow north and west of say Lilly to Townsend line, and busy, main trails and grades will obviously be sketchy at times. Good thing is there is a not a ton of snow, so should not face major bumps. Bad thing is low snow will bring rocks out on Wolf river grade, road trails will be thin and will result in icy corners. Also warm temps this weekend, but I would go and be flexible, will be worth it!

We are heading to Antigo tomorrow morning to ride that area as a central location. Willl be riding this area for a change.
Nice to see new clubs in action and what they provide.
We were as far west as Phlox last weekend with snow conditions better than east.
