John, what are the chances of sliding that yellow area 90 miles south and the blue area about 200 miles south? I know its only a "forecast" and not etched in stone, but that map just burst my bubble this morning uuugghh, depressing!

It is cool to even be thinking about snowfall. It seems like fall is hanging on to the warm awful long this year.

I wonder if the snow will be finicky like the summer rain? (Fifty miles meant a lot of difference.) Those local snowfall reports could be a useful pre trip tool for the ol direction finder.

I really would not let this outlook impact your emotions, especially when you are talking about 90 miles!
