Last Weekend DOH!!! Moments

I wish I could have captured them all. These were the few moments I happened to catch on the camera. No one was hurt and every one had a blast. 6 sleds in the water. The crossfire upside down against the tree was a slow motion crash - roll down the hill. He was heading up to the top with his helmet in the lap going 5 miles an hour and the helmet jammed the throttle and took him for a ride he wont forget any time soon. The same person on the crossfire was nice enough to yard sale his side panels and personal items on his body after jumps gone wrong. If I only could have caught those moments they would have been priceless. One involved sliding 100 yards on his back across the lake which was bare ice. He will think twice before hitting that island in the middle of the lake doing 50. ;)

looks like you guys need to take a waterskipping class ;)

Big group with beginners watching all of the experienced riders run up and down the river thinking that looks easy. Makes for good entertainment when they get the nerve to try it. :)

All sleds were out of the water and running with in 10 minutes and running.

We happened to be stopped on a little hill making some phone calls when we could hear some loud sleds playing. Followed the noise to this same location; saw the older ski-doo right away, then the 2nd sled(which I don't recall) and then helped pull the 1000 cross-fire out.
Watching the guys get the xf drained out; the was some guy doing wheelies on a white Polaris and also running down the river; seems like they talked their buddy on a rush to run the water. The first pass I saw, he did fine; then he went a little slower and probably got the belt wet and that was it. I don't think he got very wet as he jumped up on his seat while his buds threw him a rope and pulled him to shore. Did they get it running ok?

Fired right up and he ran the river at least 5 more times.

Weekends in spring depending on conditions. Mostly locals from the area.
