got a odd one recently .
lady wanted to turn a corner of her basement ( off the 750sf putting room) in to a garden room to prep plants to go out side.di not know what she wanted just said make it nice and dont spend more than 35
closest plumbing 40 feet away .
they wanted barn wood but did not want risk of lead paint
think it turned out pretty nice for a place to put some plants in pots

kinda dark with phone cam. actually 7 colors of stain. all the boards went through a more or less planer but instead of blades a 18in long wire brush . makes them look "vintage" and take the stain less even for that old look. only real barn wood is bar top. like I said they were all worried about led paint?
she was happy and even more when we came in 14under budget .
now of course they want the whole golf room done the same. few yrs back we had to pour that whole floor to be uneven with small humps and divots for a more challenging 4 hole putting green .

Nice work. You really did a great job making new look old and like it has been there for a while.

Nice! I really like the color of the wood and tile. Seems like it might double as a cocktail prep room.
