I attended Leroy's wake today as he was a friend, mentor and a legend in the World of Ski-Doo Snowmobiles; Leroy will be sadly missed. It is not everyday that you go to a church and have the oldest and newest Ski-Doo snowmobiles welcoming you (pictures attached).
Visiting Simonar Sports and owner Leroy, sons Dean and David and Paul one would think "how could this be the highest volume Ski-Doo dealer in the U.S."? I can tell you these guys had help, knew the game, how to hustle and work tons of hours. While we out riding they rode locally and went once a year up-North as time permitted.
Rest peacefully Leroy many will miss you and your legendary presence.
