The webcams seem to indicate a dominant band of LES snow in the vicinity of Mass City, MI. We enroute to investigate its validity. Please stay tuned for reports as we are 2 hours from the scene. Traction4Trees and ScottieKingOut can you please help us keep up to date as well.

I was watching the radar off and on today and there was a consistant signal most of the day in that area and nowhere else???. North of Munising over the lake was "lite up" all day, please tell me some of it made it inland.

that "Dominate" small band according to the webcam didn't amount to Sh!t today. I'm calling the whole LES event bunk this week/end. This is starting to blow, around here we are on the way to a record latest snowfall for the year. Accuweather can kiss my a..

Temps are dropping and band is beginning to dominate. The low pressure lines are consolidating. We have just filled up on some pure gas and our ears are popping. ETA 30 minutes. Webcams can be deceiving.

We dominated every bit of the band. We rode around twin lakes mostly and saw about 16" in the woods. We hung out with Trees for Traction for a while and felt left out because all of our stuff was working, so on the way home on Trail 3 (panning in progress - they were smooth). The M7 was cranking at about 80 when the DD locked up - track and all. It was all I could do to get it safely slowed down and off to the side of the trail. Pulled the secondary and since everything was so hot, we pulled the lil smokies out of the muff pot and grilled them a little more on the smoking DD.

The blown DD opened my eyes, and I have spent the last few hours reevaluating my decision making paradigm. I'm proud to say, Mass City is can now be considered a player in the Occupy Movement. Why should the Rockies and British Columbia get all the snow. SNOW IS A RIGHT, and we want our fair share here in the Upper Peninsula. We plan on having one of the safest tent cities in all of the movement! If you would like to join us protesting for the equal distribution of snow, you know where to find us!

OMG 001.jpg woke up to this friday am.....as Timner stated we had a bad day, 09 CF 800 blew up followed by a 09 600 E tec with a holy piston, and a ski doo broken shock shaft. So far so good with the '12 Assault (aka Panty Dropper) Lovin the new chassis. Just neeed some fresh POW to really test em out. All in all its rideable. Im going to say TL to Mass is LESS snow then TL to South Range is MUCH deeper. We De-Virginized the Power Lines from Duncan to TL and made some new tracks in the trees to get around the logged off mess on the high lines.
