I preffer to run seafoam or mercury fuel conditioner as a preventative two times a year ... Do this both in the boat and in the sleds...

The marine fuel issue is somewhat separate from a snowmobile issue here... With fuel being anywhere frum 3-5 bux a gallon the past couple years tanks are not get'n filled along with usage be cut in half which in turn would lead to more water in the fuels...(outside of fiberglass tank issues) this is what i've noticed in my small area...

Sea foam 4 me..

Been using it for awhile and have had no problems. Only great success with starting and emissions.I buy it by the gallons as it seems to be cheaper. We run it in everything that has a sparkplug. Try running a can[16 ounces] to 1 gal. of gas to a dedicated tank/ line to your carbs. Run the sh-- out of it till it dies, then fill with 91 octane gas. Your engine, pipes, power valves will love it. It can be used pre gas or oil injection. Remarkable stuff!

When I contacted Fitch about their product, I was told it will stabilize the fuel, but will not remove any moisture from the fuel. Same goes for Sta-bil, just that with Sta-bil or any other liquid fuel stabilizer, you need to add it in each tank. (Also, recommended to add it when you put the "fresh" fuel in, not a week later)

SeaFoam contains alcohol, so you may want to be careful on how much you add to your fuel.

Haven't tried the Star Tron fuel enzyme from Star Brite yet, but it sounds like an additive that may be one of the better ones if it does what it claims. For now, I'm running Premium whenever possible.
