2100 - 2200 at end of last trip , ended up towing both corner burners back in the same day with the back up sled. It was 50-50 rode as much as I towed. 1 burned down and I think the other blew the head gasket o-ring towing the 1st sled back, so 1 with a blown head gasket. Didn't catch the 2nd one quick enough so it sucked anti-f down in the case. ( coc$-s&^%-M&%#-F%&# ) Oh yeah... my SkinZ clutch cover bag that was back ordered forever finally came in after the last ride.......... That's the way the cookie crumbles !

Great year for me. Wish I was retired, I probabaly would have put on at least 7k-8k. Someday.......

That's alot of miles for us working folks ( unlike PR1 ) LOL...
1st you have to have the time, then you need the funds to support all those miles & trips. We did 3700 a couple of years back , right when the price of gas soared to $4.26 . That year was also known as the " Bush Buddies Cash Grab " on his way out of office.... the rumor was that " the speculators " drove up the price of oil..... ( m%&#$$$ - F%&$$#$ ) I was sitting on a plane down in Dallas last year and learned that story from some BBQ-ing Lone Star Boys.... they knew what was going on ! Wonder what the give - away will be when 3 war BAMA starts heading out the door ????? The entire country ??????
Leave it up to me to " go political " .........

That's hard to beat, I think 1 day we went 16 miles in 3 hours off trail. Probably had the most fun that day. At least we didn't hit anything .

Yesterday I rode non stop for about 4 1/2 hrs. Like a kid with to much sugar in him. Didn't even take the time to clear the driveway out. put it in 4 wheel until up to the door. unloade sled, turned heat on and I was off!!! (I do actually have a job) Boss is way cool! (that's me). lets me ride when ever I want. Note: all my days off are not paid.

Yeah, I was gone sledding all but (2) weekends from Dec. 10th - March 13th.

Used (6) vacation days that were "paid" unlike polarisrider1. But then he deserves the freedom to be out the door as he chooses, since he put the family jewels on the line to have company ownership and the pains that come along with it. Good for you sir!!

Now I need to save up for next year, because the gas I fear is not going to go down for awhile. Likely to go up higher through summer with all the speculation going on.

I don't think I want to add up all the $'s spent on gas for (3) sleds this year and pulling the 4-place. Just happy that I have a good job and could afford it for now.

a little more

Got 5,110 now and actually have some cash left in the Snowmobile fund yet. what I do is take whatever I have extra from each paycheck and put it in the safe all year long and use it JUST for that, that works good because before we leave I dont have to worry about money for the weekend its already there. Also when asked to work overtime I usually do because I tell myself its for the snowmobile fund, in the spring , summer and fall that is,lol

980 for me, then I got in an argument with a chain link fence....fence won. That was our last trip out of the season. Sled is all fixed and put away for the summer. RWS seems to have the time and money to pile on the miles.....I'm jealous!!!! Ya gotta love GPS tracks.
