I don't really have an opinion of the cubs don't have a dog in the fight.
I'm just afraid if they win it all how insufferable their fans would become.

Don't worry it won't happen ...lol...but Cubs will be a winning team for many years forward for a change. Maybe next year get some more thumpers for RBIs & higher batting average or current palyers just get better an add 10-15 points to batting averages.

you guys act like Arrieta can pitch all of the playoff games... No hill for a climber, Lets go Cardinals... fall ball is here, by then end of the playoffs its almost November and time for snow to fly, should be a great series, I just hope game two is a good one. Infield box tickets for this guy.

I stopped watching baseball when football started, and the Brewers were still bad.

Are the Cards as hot as the Cubs right now? Or close even?

Just based on pure experience I would expect the Cards to win. But I believe that whatever team is "hottest" will trump experience. I hated the Cards when LaRussia was around. Then they hired Matheny, and I actually like him.

Whoever wins this series, I hope wins the WS. Either team, doesn't matter to me.

Is Wainwright back and pitching yet?

Hes available out of the pen, Im not sure how effective he will be, but he looked pretty good for missing so many games.

Cubs are white hot right now won a bunch in row 11 or 12 but due to lose. Cards usually dominate Cubs ...Cubs have to change that to take the next step.

Middle of the 5th and it's a solid game. Cubs settled down but that 1 run early looks tough against a no hitter.

Got the loss out of the way & due for a loss. Got to score runs to win & this is where low battling averages hurt them...on the high side averages darn good for a bunch of rookies & will get better in near future seasons.

As a Brewer fan, love to see the Cards loose!! So congrats to the Cubbies and they're fans!!
