Lodging in UP

Looking for a midweek trip 19th to 23rd. Usually do Wisconsin but pretty thin this year. Going alone so looking for a reasonable smaller motel. Anything Bergland north would be fine. Any advice? Thanks.

Not a hotel, but we just stayed at one of the cabins at Omer's in Toivola and had a great time. Decent price and had everything we needed

Super 8 in Houghton, you can access the trail from the waterway now; totally awesome!

I have always stayed at adventure motel in mass city. Don & Nancy are great hosts. They make a great couple. Ben there many years. There is a little breakfast café on the premises.

I got to watch my spelling or I will be in trouble. I know you are just joking around with me. I know, senior members beating up on us junior members, all in fun.
Should of spelled been, not ben. But Ben maybe some sort of bengay, he'll give you a good rub where you need it.
