What lake are you on?

200 acre Spectacle Lake looks like a pair of spectacles with 2ea. 40 foot basins & a channel connecting them. AIS free clear water lake In the Nicolet National Forest & I'm on the north shore of the east basin facing southwest. About 8 miles of shoreline so takes about an hour to putt putt around the lake in a pontoon or boat of choice. Multipurpose lake, skiers, sailing, fishing, tubing & paddlers & traffic is very light. Location about 6 miles southeast of the town of Phelps. 2 high efficiency fireplaces, 31/2 baths new construction built in 2002. You name it this house has it & you want to do it hunting, fishing, sleddin, boating it can be done out the stained glass front door.

I sent you a PM earlier today. I have a place in Keweenaw County that I have been thinking about selling. It has vinyl siding, new windows and has alot of updates inside. It is also fully furnished and the way it is set up will sleep 5-8. It is right on Hwy 41 and about 1/2 mile from the snowmobile trail. I am thinking in the range of $37,000.

I have a one acre lot with a shed (8X16?)and old camper that I would like to sell. You could live in the camper or shed and build something to your liking. It's located about 8 miles south of Minocqua, WI and it's right on the bearskin trail about 1 block off of Highway 51. Very convenient, easy to get to, yet private. I have not thought of a price yet but if you would be interested let me know.
