Looking for people in NW IL

Usually always looking for people to take the journey up the UP. Dont take the sleds out to much in Illinois. I usually try and head up there 6 times a year. Last year put on 1800 miles in the UP. I'm from Morris.

wow 6 times thats alot of driving thats cool though. I would definately like to go up that way but if theres snow here I will definately ride. Like I said for me its easy I open my garage through the yard and onto the trail so lifes not bad. Hopefully after the rain stops we will get enough snow thursday night and friday but we will just have to see

How depressing rain really killed everything around here. The ground is still white but doesnt look good for the trails. Maybe a christmas miracle will happen and we will be able to squeeze out like four inches. Temperature dropped probably ten degrees in an hour here earlier so everything is iced up now. Anyways keep thinkin snow and maybe. Hope everyone is having a merry christmas!!!

well looks like we got just enough snow to go bout four inches. Hopfully enough frozen ground. Well think im gonna go if anyone interested get ahold of me.

I'm trying to round up a posse to go riding tomorrow (12/31) during the day. I'm thinking about leaving pearl city at noonish. if anyone is interested, let me know.

dang wish I was gonna be around otherwise friday night all weekend I can ride. Might go out tonight heard over by stockton and warren trails are not too bad. I do know you really have to be on the lookout in the ditches and anywhere near rivers or streams. Lots of water around ride with caution.

Well temps are good hopefully keep trails in decent shape gonna do some riding today. If anyone is interested in the coming week let me know. Give you a trail report here when we get back.

A couple of us went out today. We went from pearl city to lena, over to the jane addams trail back to pc, then went down to loran to kent and back to pc. Trails are in decent shape, the groomer has been out around pc.

CAUTION:There is a bridge out just east of Flack rd between pc and kent. To get around it, you have to take the ditch around flack rd to dublin and come down 73 to where you cross the highway. Also, a bridge east of pc on the freeport trail has been lifted up on the west side, so you have to pick your skis up onto the bridge to get across going east.

Just got word the bridge by kent is back open. There was a big log across it and it has been removed.

Ok going to go out tomorrow starting cedarville around tenish and heading west wanna go to galena dubuque area will be an all day ride for sure anyone interested in tagging along let me know

Well just found out poker run for pearl city cancelled for saturday bummer!! Looks like we will have snow for the weekend the trails are on the edge of ridable if we get the 2-3 this afternoone I think around here will be ok. Otherwise keep my fingers crossed next week they are talking 3-7 monday tuesday which would be great! Cedarville has a poker run planned for next saturday so if we get a decent snow beginning of the week temps are supposed to drop so should be a go. Have to keep my fingers crossed. Just got back from up around tomahawk area had a great time put on about 530 miles thur fri and sat.

Snow baby snow. Looks like a sizeable storm 6 to 10 inches so hopefully the cedarville poker run will be on for saturday!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure how much we got here, but it's nice and heavy, so it will pack well on the trails. hopefully we can get some lighter stuff to fall when the temps drop some more.
