Heading North on the 9th to Toivola really hoping the snow Gods come through for us. Not sure when I would be able to make it back if it’s no snow condition.

Rode Toivola Friday and Saturday. We rode 95% off trail. There was about 6-8" of powder on top of a hard base. Deeper in some areas. Whenever we did hop on the trail it was in excellent shape. Snow covered and flat. It was only for short jaunts, but in great shape nonetheless.

Pretty sad when its almost the 1st of January and I am still using my ATV to look at timber to cut anyplace I go in the Western UP. Most years by now its snowmobile or snowshoes only...
