"Lost" riders need to ask for help/directions

Was out grooming last light. Between 11:15 & midnight, same guy (2 actually on a rental Grand Touring) went by me 3 times on 3 trails. They went by heading east on 45 then north on 13 then south on 13/45. So that is 3 times thru a 3 way intersection. Obvious they were lost yet never asked for help or directions. When I got to the "T" with 8, their tracks had gone both ways. I went east and saw their tracks then turned south towards (or maybe from ER?). Can't get to ER that way, trail is blocked because of high water at the bridge. How did they get in the area they were in, I don't know.

Interesting, but my point is at midnight on a Monday no one is open. If you are lost or just unsure where you are, ask if you find someone to ask. And I think is is safe to assume that the groomer probably knows the area as well as anyone else you may see.

That is an old (not this year's) map. Trails have been renumbered near Conover to more accurately coincide with traffic flows. What is 8 north of K (your map) is now 45 (currently).
To answer your question, no. #11 is most likely Bauer's Dam. If you look at the Conover area (#7) you will see that it is basically divided into 4 sections. Hwy K runs east/west and 45 runs north/south. Take the 4 sections & consider them NW, NE, SE & SW. One groomer typically grooms the west 1/2 and one the east 1/2. I was doing the west 1/2, had completed the SW section and crossed K into NW section when this lost soul past me 3 times. There are absolutely zero businesses or homes out in this area (other than Lannie's which is right on 45 at the extreme NE corner of the section). Even though Burnt Bridge is on the north side of K, it is accessed via trail 8 and that trail runs on the south side of K except for the few hundred feet of road route and I personally consider it part of the SW section. From the time between passings, I assume he went to the far east end, then the far north end and then back south.

Groomer drives at 5MPH or so and we are to stop and let the sleds pass us. I'm already stopped, better to ask then be lost overnight & maybe run out of fuel too.
