Just got back from Houghton/Hancock with my brother and 3 friends and want to send my thanks to Chad and his Associates at M&M Powersports. I have to say that Chad runs one of the best snowmobile businesses in the Recreational Sports Industry. We were there over the New Years Holiday and he always had some one there to help you out. My group had two sleds go down and the turn around to get us back on the trail was exceptionally professional and courteous. Even though conditions weren't the best due to the lack of snow, just being able to count on M&M to help you out makes the trip that much more enjoyable. We have been traveling to that area for many years now and I have never had poor service from them. Thanks again and see you next time.

Only could get better if Kip,Pat & Chad had a Watersmeet store! Probably need another brother for that.lol:)

I have no first hand experience with M&M, but I have heard nothing but positive things about them and Pat's in Greeenland! A few years ago Pat and Kip let me use some wrenches to fix a small item on my sled, and it wasn't a Yamaha! Nothing but class!

They've saved the day for myself or anyone in our group on several occasions.
Even if there aren't "emergency services" required, we always stop in to check things out and support them whenever we can.

chad is down to earth, fair, and professional. Cant ask for much more from a business. Keep up the good work Chad

I'll only buy sleds from Chad and go there for service. Top notch and will do whatever he can to get you back out ASAP. Stop in and ask him when we'll get more snow and tell him the Pack won't make the Superbowl; he'll greatly appreciate it. LOL

Not just from this thread but I hear over and over again what great business they do. Feels good to know there's still a dealer out there with down to earth people who actually care about you. Dealer issues have caused me to learn to fix my own stuff. Always wanted to go in there (even though it aint a poo shop) just to check it out but both times i've been to houghton the dang bridge was closed!

Yeah, service runs in the family alright. When we were up at Pats cabin the weekend before Xmas, my wife ordered a GPS for me from Kip on Thursday for a surprise present. It didn't arrive at the store until later on Saturday and Kip's wife Trish hand delivered it to the cabin all gift wrapped and ready for my surprise. First class service IMO...........Thank you...

I can personally say that the service rocks at Chad's shop. I've bot two sleds from him and although I've never had problems with them I have had regular type stuff done and it's always quick, correct, and done with a smile..

Kudos to M&M, I guess that's why they are still around.
