M1000 ?

thinking of picking up a new 09 M10 .what do you guys who own one think? mpg/ exra weight/issues/ect ect the only 1000s I personly know only go 660ft at a time and are far from stock.I know a few guys on here have been boondocking for a few yrs on the 1000.wish you would have stayed with a 8 or glad you have torque.and for the rest of the penut gallery I only like to play with fuel adjustments for fun not nesesity and not in to mid season bearing replacments and week flimsy alloy or having to call a wrecker when I get stuck so

well I hope it will be good off trail because I got one this weekend and this thing has torque that wont quit and with that kind of fun on tap I better start looking for a 6gal tank to strap on the back I have verry little well closer to no self control

hahah nice move ezra...I have cpl friends who have them...cant tell ya how they do as they dont get out on them much......I also have no self control.....37miles on full tank in last weeks storm.......

I ride a 1000 xfire. Not the best on fuel but love the torque and throttle response. I would buy another if I could. Not too concerned about the economy side its more about having fun!!
