I have the stock gears 57/63 from my '08 M8 with around 200 miles on them (I changed to 55/65). Not sure if an M7 uses the same gear though as I have mechanical reverse and believe you do not? $55 shipped if you want them.

I have a 06 M7 with stock gears; it works great in da U.P. You will have a brand new track that is much longer than the one you had. It will probably be difficult to attribute the newfound awesomeness of your sled to any one thing. I would go stock, but have never ridden an M7 geared differently. Either way you will be impressed by how much better it is, whatever gears you decide on. I went from a X fire 600 with a 2in paddle to the M7, it was like 80,000,000 times better.

the stock m7 gearing will prob be ok I am pulling a realistic 149 to 150 hp I found a stock 06 m7DD for about the same money as a set of BDX gears so I bought it.keeping my 136 skid and the 1 1/4 and the 2.52 drivers so if I really want I can switch around for trips with the wife for trail rides prob just sell the 136x2 not sure yet

57/63 or 56/64 would work well. I would get the lower of the two to help liven up the bottom end on that 700 motor. You will likely need to go lower on primary weight with you new track, and lower gearing as well.
