Here's a picture of the Mackinac Bridge with a Blue Ice Jam. Something I hadn't seen before, experts say it's caused by a couple factors and has to do with the size and shape of molecules in the ice crystals – and how they interact with light.

I think my take-a-way from this picture is the contrast between a massive man-made structure and the forces of nature, both in the same photo.
