Maintance, Draining coolant

02 Polaris 700xcsp, Whats the best way to drain coolant, with the least mess and saving the coolant ?

Well, Unhooked a hose here, and one there. Put one in a jug the best i could and blew in the other the best i could
until the jug was full. only jug i had.

I use a shop vac
