Saw two of them docked there around noon CST yesterday on the way back from Green Bay !!

I was at the steel mills and refineries batteries today also....see the storage they protected in the distance...this is hammond Indiana

They test those things out on the bay of Green Bay. They're fast for their size and have a shallow draft. Two summer's ago the wake from one did some damaged to boats anchored on Chambers Island. Here's some video (not very good) but shows the event. Fast forward to about 1:05 to see the full effect from one of these ships underway.

Father Nash littorial stands for Shore or Coast.... which is what that ship is all about it can run in 4 feet of water like a jet ski up a creek a big huge ship I've seen it and Highlander.... I was pointing the camera with one hand out the window while driving in traffic

The good news is I dodged a Job in Gary and working a job in Bir Ridge this week. They sure do like their adult book stores and fire works over in 219 country? Not sure why they are on every corner? 219ers must like to be well read with bright colorful lights?

Funny I think that about the adult stores every time I go through Wisconsin and they're always in the middle of nowhere. If you're seeing a bunch of them in 219 area you must be in Gary...

In Wisconsin it seems like every few exist.
Maybe not, maybe they just stick out because nothing else is there... That's the way the Lowell one use to be, but that interchange is being built up more and more.
