does anyone know where we can park a truck and trailer for the day in mercer .thanks .

It seems to me, where the snowmobile trail goes through town, next to Railroad Street (across the street from Around The Corner Pub), there would be trucks and trailers parked along the trail there.

Yes - across from Around the Corner pub, or just north of there. Also if you ask at the Great Northern they have a lot of parking area but it gets packed when conditions are good.
