Mid-December 2020 birth rate ponderings

Just wondering, are we going to see a spike in new births mid-December because everyone is home from work and school and has nothing else to do?

Or, are we going to see a decline because, lets face it, with social distancing being the new norm, we are all going to be afraid to touch each other?

My wife has split time between new York City and Madison WI the last week. She is going to be sleeping in the basement!! Quarintine style. Not that we were gonna have kids anyway but still...

Magic Eight Ball says.....Yes there will be an increase in the birth rate. Consider that a typical blizzard for two or three days can cause an uptick, imagine what 3 or 4 weeks will do.

Another thought, those crazies that will fight you for your toilet paper and bottled water... they're gonna be reproducing too.

Or increase in divorces from being together 24/7 for days

I think this is a good chance, Many people are working from home that never have and on top of that kids will be home all day as well. People are going to go crazy! I also predict people are going to gain weight lol
