Milw snow show - place to camp nearby

We're headed to the Milw snow show on Sat. With the weather being as warm as it is, we're thinking about camping Sat. night. Are there any good places to camp near there? Basically just looking for a place to set up a campfire and pitch a tent...nothing too fancy. We'll be driving up from Illinois, so it would be better if it was that direction if it isn't too close to the snow. I've never been to the Milw snow show, so I don't know anything about that area...

You are in the city @ Milw SS. Maybe some camping out towards Dousman in the Kettle Moraine State park off 94. Check WI DNR site.

You could try Bong State Park, its still about 40 Min south of the show.

There is a private campground in Mukwonago, Wi. Maybe about 25 minutes from the show.

Nagawaukee Park

Just to the west is a nice campground called Nagawaukee near Nagawicka lake.
