More snow in Texas than MN WI and UP combined?????

I see ANOTHER winter storm warning for TEXAS of all freeking places. What is going on that there is more snow storms in Texas this winter than in the northwoods??? This is one heck of a ride we are on....

Its noon here on Sunday snowing in Austin about 2inches so far was predicting 1 to 3 inches probably do better than that.

Its coming next wk to the Northwoods pushed my trip back 3 times hope the forecast is right

Even with the cold coming the jet stream is going to keep things to the west. Only snow will be lake effect which only helps a small area.
