Today (Tuesday) Riding southeast Mi. for 5 more stamps. Lansing, Brighton, Cement City, Tecumseh, and Ann Arbor. If time permits Lapeer , Port Huron and or Bay city. I am **** bent on winning a bike signed by Willie G. Davidson.

If anyone else is doing the HD Passport all alone and would like to travel with yours truly, just send me an email. I have the Northern cities to go to yet.

Did not make Lapeer, Port Huron or Bay city yet. HD just doulbed the points if you get all 27 stops and do a test ride. rode 296 miles tuesday. Sure miss going to Sturgis this year Andy. Next yr. I should have a new toy Hauler we can use.

bike ridn summer 2010

i just got back from a little ride up north. did a total of 1k this weekend on my buell xb12xt. Headed to minocqua ,mercer, hurley, wakefield ,st,germain etc etc. Its kind of strange seeing all my sledn spots with out snow on the ground . mother nature was very kind to me. Back in june we road down to memphis and then new orleans on my bagger. or at least it started on a bagger. My 2005 ultra standard has the crank bearing take a sh@t 2 hours south of st.louis. I wound up buying a 2009 hd xr 1200 to finish the trip. the summer has been a good one for ridn guys. be safe

Knocked out my long shot today. 377 miles for one stamp. Fort Wayne Ind. Very nice dealership. Spent enough coin to fill 2 saddle bags full. (I am starting to see a pattern to this "contest") Sun burned big time. Only have 5 more stops on this HD Passport tour. Heading North to pickup Traverse City, Mackinaw City, Gaylord, West Branch and Mount Pleasant. Then Passport is done. Anyone else interested? I am looking at the 19-21 of Aug. to finish this. Staying at my place in Irons 1 night and a hotel somewhere? the next. The bigger the group the better! Harley may as well just call me to pick up my newly won Street Glide. lol

Revised. Going to do trip counter clock wise of previous post and in 2 days. winding up at my place in Irons on Saturday night (sleeps 12). Only need to pay for friday lodging that way. Thinking Gaylord for that. Work......... Yes, work has messed this one up for me. I only need 5 more dealer stops to complete HD Passport.

Leaving a day early as not to mess up the weekend. So............. off like a prom dress!!! I wonder if I get color choice on the new bike??

Just finished the whole Passport. Me, 1 out of 3 in my group did it. Rode 581 miles to finish out the Northern section. 27 dealers and a test ride gives me 57 entries. Wife did 18 dealer stops and said, "Get me off this bike and NO I Do Not want to test ride for 3 more points." Rode roughly 3000 miles to complete.

I think that is the idea. Have you run all over the place and then by the end you look at all the miles on your bike and decide you need a new one, lol. Glad to see you are riding it though Wayne. To many people just let them sit in the garage and collect dust.
