Really enjoyed hearing & seeing your uplifting tale of your family trip. So much nicer to read than so much of the bitchin' and bellyachin' that we regularly see here. Thanks for spreadin' the joy!

Awesome! That is great! Priceless memories for you all. And a cool slide show to reflect back on your trip........... I took the wife and kids camping at the Porkies for our first family trip to the UP in 2008. Was like 412 miles from our drive to the campground.

Like I said before, I love these types of posts. I always do a video like that and post it after a trip. My wife usually gives me grief about doing it but I tell her it's part of the fun of the trip. I showed her your video and she surprised me by saying "you know, maybe I should go with you on a trip this year" so thanks cmharcou, looks like not only did you have a great time with your family, but because of your trip I'm going to get my wife back on a sled and hopefully have a great time later this season too!

Great Video. Reminds me of trips when my guys were little. They are the trail bosses now, and I get sandwiched in the middle so they can keep an eye on me. Soon it will happen to you. Enjoy the time you spend with them because they grow up fast.........

Very true. We would have 3 familys, 7 kids, 10 sleds, 1 cutter, 6 adults around Hayward-Cable Wi area back in the late 70's and early 80's. The kids got one trip and the adults had 2 trips, one without kids. The kids will never forget those trips.

Looks like you had a great time. We had a new rider up there last week as well. He was pretty impressed.
We had parked at Krupps and aimed for the tip. Had to come back toward Mass on the last day to show the bridges.

BTW, I love that video with the music. It does feel like a good time.
