My new ride

Here it is. Just picked it up this afternoon and have 3 whole miles on it. Hope to go get 30-40 tomorrow night before I load it up and head to WY with it on Friday. Although it's only 20lbs lighter than my 06 it feels a lot lighter. I think the improvements they made to lighten up the steering have really helped.
I'll be sure to get lot's of pictures from the trip to post.

Troy, nice sled. I am Doug,s brother Dave. Rode with ya one day a couple years ago. Took us on that off trail ride. I had the 800r. Heard Jeramy got an assault. Haven't rode with him yet this year. We might be up at Isabella in March tho. Keep the rubber side down. Dave

Thanks everybody! I'm looking forward to getting it in the steep and deep and see how it'll do. Based on my little riding last nice it seems snappier than my 06 600, feels lighter, and I like the handlebar position. A little higher than my old 600 even with a 2" riser. Only complaints are it has much less room under the hood to put the hot dogger, the multi function display no longer includes a clock (why not?), and the tool kit consists only of a spark plug wrench, the secondary clutch adjuster, and the emergency pull strap. C'mon, for what I paid I could've at least got a wrench or two!

But I did get a free hat!

I think if you push green button downwards on left handle bar you should get the clock display to show up on very bottom of screen. Hold green button upward and wait for time to flash. Then move green button down to adjust time. I hope I'm not wrong but worth a try.
