No new threads so, I'll bore you with what I have going on.

Bought an 04 renegade 600 for my son. In the process of going through that now. Replacing the front bulk head (Nun) going through both clutchs, chaincase, rear suspension bearings and joints. Along with a good cleaning. Always fun opening up an older sled. Never know what your going to find.

The RXL didn't need as much because I went through that last year but did get the shocks rebuilt and re-valved for a more "Husky" rider, geared down one tooth and going to be installing a 1.25" track I scored at Haydays.

Then on to my Indy 650 but I don't want to think about that one just yet. Not enough band width in my brain for 3 sleds at once

Today's progress. Steam clean the entire sled, opened up the chaincase inspected/tightened chain, replaced all 4 hood straps ( pain in the ***) removed the rear suspension, new slides, inspected all bearings and replaced as necessary.
