It WAS a bone in rib steak, now it's gone so no ebay. All I did for flavor was little season salt.

I always keep a bottle around for the (Sow-Na ) sauna and starting the fire ! !! makes a great sauce over mushrooms sauteed with butter and sweet vermouth!
