Might want to check in with their Visitors and Convention Bureau to find out what has been affected by the flood. It's a fun town.

After the Iron Horse Saloon you can walk to http://bourbonstreetblues.com/index.shtml for a good time. Printers Ally has the fun night life in Nashville. For a real good steak (4th in the nation for top steak houses) Go to the "Stock Yard". For a place to stay try the "Music City Sheraton" by the airport, they have all the "free" starbucks coffee you could ever drink. King size bed, sheets turned back, chocolate treats, etc. Nice place. Don't waste your time at "Coyote Ugly" not much better than the one in Chicago. Make sure you see Stacy at Bourbon street Blues http://www.stacymitchhart.com/default.aspx?page=1&ID=40

I forgot to mention that the "Stock Yard Restaurant" has complimentary shuttle to and from the local Hotels or airport. While your in there make note of all the fine Italian Pink Marble, Gee how did that get there??? lol. Also the likes of Trace Atkins and others hang out there. Order a slice of Pecan Pie for desert and get a to go box!

Seriously tdq600. Have you not been watching the news? I'd be finding out if you've still got a place to stay. LP Field under water, Opry House lucky to be open in two months. Opry Land Hotel (Gaylord Palms) significant flooding.
A good friend of ours has more than likely lost her house and and all possessions having 10 feet of water in her neighborhood up river from Nashville.

That's Sonny's BBQ. Worth driving out if your way.

The funny thing is I am delivering a boat to Hendersonville for a customer of mine and I hadn't heard of the flooding when I posted this. I just checked with the marina that I am suppose to be delivering to and over there they are in better shape then they are in Nashville so I will be able to get the boat in the water. Not sure if I will be able to do some sight seeing in Nashville now but thanks for all the suggestions.
