Just stopped at M and M in Rushford MN to get some chaincase oil and misc sled parts and holy smokes is there a lot of inventory at that place!!! Asked my sales guy what the count was. 420 sleds just in rushford. They also have a satelite store in Pine Island MN and have a ton of inventory up there as well. I dont think I could sleep at night having that many sleds in inventory...... IMG_20121121_112556.jpg IMG_20121121_112639.jpg IMG_20121121_112752.jpg IMG_20121121_112810.jpg

Mike Burns has always taken a lot of inventory for years now, he does well for himself, and Polaris by moving their inventory. I had some really good deals with him as a return customer, and he always treated us right when it came to standing behind the product even if Polaris did not. I speak from experience. If Mike carried Yamaha, he would be my first choice dealer!

One of the sales guys told me once they sell more snowmobiles (Polaris, anyway) than any dealer in the Midwest...I believe it. Lots of customers come in from quite a distance to buy there. I've found their prices to be better than anywhere else I've checked them against by quite a bit. Last month a buddy bought a 2011 800 Pro-R retro for something like $6800. I was there in April and they had a ton of 2012's still crated. At that time, I was quoted $6500 for a new 2011 Rush 600. If you're looking for a deal, it'd be worth the drive.

I just recently heard that if Polaris has left over sleds from one model year, he gets them, all of them. That may be a good reason he can sell cheaper than most.

Stenders tried the same approach in late 90s & did not end well at all!:( Poo could not find titles to inventory so not sure how that ended legally. Stenders would undercut any dealer & the Poo dealer network hated the guy for his pricing. Not at all sure how this works unless Poo is just allowing sleds to be dumped on market & sold but dealer not buying the inventory so no big maoney out lay? But in any case your are correct they listed sled inventory on JD recently & the pricing was so low it sprained my brain. I'm not in market for a Poo but if I was I would have to check this out & make the drive with trailer in tow well worth it if no hiden costs?

bought a 2012 rmk with 0 miles on it from them a few weeks ago. felt it was a good deal, considering i was seeing people asking the same price for sleds with 2 thousand miles on them. Drove about 3 hours to get there. Seemed like good people to deal with!

Highlands YAMI has been doing this for years. I can gear my kids up,cheaper than going to Target. Other than other dealers, everyone says they are the best.

That may be true but in the late 90's and early 00's Polaris had an online dealer auction for carryovers and sleds they got back when dealers went out of business. They sold them in lots of 1 to about 15 sleds and every dealer had a chance to bid on them. I sure wouldn't want that inventory in todays economy.

Huh, blind cat fan eh?? Look in the pictures. "White heavy plastic" all over on these sleds. except the auction sleds he just bought. People pull in the yard and can look at all of these sleds!! Great sales pitch if you ask me!! M and M is a great place to do business with. I have bought my last 2 new sleds from these guys and have nothing but good things to say!!!

I bought a leftover 2011 rmk last jan from them and they even took my 07 summit in trade and gave me a fair price. I think they are the best place to buy if you want a new noncurrent model. Thinking about the 600 144 rmk as a backup crazy cheap.
