Hey all!! New to the forum and was looking for some help i have a 2006 skidoo rev 800 that pops under throttle starts fine idles fine but when under load likes to pop and sputter gets worse when to the bars any help with this matter would be awesome. Keeper steep and deep!!!!!

Have you cleaned the carburetors recently? Just a thought.

Ya full tune at season start but thought maybe water siting in botom of bowl but nothing im just stumped

stater on its way out? that is what the sea doos doo when staters are bad.
the B i tch is spendy part and PITA to swap and may not be it but deff sounds electric.
start with plugs hold plug wires away from anything it could arc to when reeving look at lights when reving.
the thing that blows about staters is they can test good with a ohm test but still be bad with a load on them.
I think some dealers have load testers

My 04 rev 800 had a bad stator once. The lights got dim and the ! beeped alot but it ran fine. It wasnt until I melted pistons that it ran bad.

Can a weak coil cause this?? I had a couple A/C 550s years ago and one acted like that. I swapped coils and it seemed to "fix" the issue. But then a few wks later, I ran the other 550 with the "bad" coil, and it seemed to run ok. :-/

Crank shaft indexing caused problems for me once, easy to check before you spend a lot of money guessing.
