mxz chris...up north eh, you and me both...even the wife pushes me every once in awhile. I had a job for the taking in Milw, but as a supervisor in a CNC dept that is unionized I would not be able to touch the machines, yet I would have had a pension, 401k & profit sharing. Being a hands on guy I "had" to go with that and I screwed myself out of what I'll probably never see again with benefits like that.
