New sled - quick question

I did work in the spare belt as I had mentioned previously, he's throwing one in for me.

Regarding the 1080 belt, as I said before, I had over 5000 miles on one running a 2006 600 Switch with a 144x2" track, so I am confident in them also. That is now the spare belt on that sled.

This trip out west will probably be the only trip out west this sled makes so even if I burn through 2 of the 1115 belts (extremely unlikely) I would be very confident in a 1080 belt for my normal forest road, boondock style of riding. I just wanted to be sure the 1080 fit, and it sounds like it does.

I'll post some pics of the sled after I pick it up tonight!

I have wasted my money on the 115 belts for a couple of years now. Found a very good belt that is just as strong for $50. It is only single cog but no worries. They have actually come out with a new dual cog belt now.

Look up Gates Extreme 44x4640. They are using these belts on the 900's without problems.

I bought 2 for my trip out west and ran one the whole time I was there with no problem at all.

Just set belt to sheave clearance, deflection and offset. You will be good to go.

I will never buy another overpriced Poo belt again.
