Looks good, kind of surprised you guys need something like that in the "burbs" as you say.

need no. but nice to have a spot on the trail to gather and it is not like the trails are not heavy used . will get a lot of use. local clubs can use a weekend hang spot and do some recruiting with hot dog bribes.
we got donations from a few local clubs. few people donated things like the stove doors some wood tin roof etc etc.
we have less than 1100 in to it total.
