New View from Woods (construction) Cam

Going to be working on the siding for the back of the addition, so moved the cam to view that. Should be plenty of action back there the next few days, then will re-aim to catch the action on the side of the addition, then plan to move the cam inside when I get going there- hopefully next week.

I plan to keep moving the cam around to the areas I am concentrating on most until things are pretty well wrapped up.

Hope this makes it a little more interesting!

Plus, if you see me stuck head first in the ground beneath the scaffolding, you can call 911 for Keweenaw County. :)

Gee... Just think how fast that job could get done if Lenny, Skylar and his buddies showed up for a day or two!

John, now that you are on 'live' internet, farmer blows and crotch itching is not allowed.... This is a family show for crying out loud!

Now back to your regular scheduled programming.

Hay John no safety rails on the scaffolding? Thought you would have side and back railings on to help prevent a miss step?

Thanks, Nora grilled me on exactly what I was doing in front of the cam. Not sure if she even bought the "nothing" answer, but it was the truth!

Safety rails are for sissies! Just kidding. I don't own any, but they would be nice to have! Almost done with using the scaffolding, or at least 2 tiers of it. Does OSHA even have jurisdiction over private individuals like me? If so, they might not want to watch what happens this week on the side of the house!

Thanks. We are almost done with the scaffolding work and I will be none too happy to finally get my feet back on terra firma! I wish that I had a better setup for this work, especially something like a lift basket, but am making do with what I have and being VERY careful. Lots of slow, methodical movements.

every job I do I do without safety rails are they are way to restrictive. I have never fallen or come close. You just do what you do and you can be safe without rails.
