Ha! Ha! Good one Mark. I think there were a few moments that things slipped a bit. One of the risks of having a back end that looks like I kept it on the belt sander too long! Glad the camera did not catch any of those!

LOL, I've got the same problem. It is called NOASSITUS! 3 weeks ago while golfing I forgot my belt, I took two practice swings, and then on the grip it and rip it swing, my pants fell down almost to my kness. My buddy laughed his arse off. Thankfully no one else was around at the time.

Yikes!!

You're scaring me John! Not afraid of heights I see. I'm guessing there is insulation all over the floor below you to soften the blow. :)

No in-floor heat in the guest room, but there will be heat and a nice view of the snowy woods!
